These terms apply when you use https://siotrends.com or our services. SIO Trends is a brand of GSR Digital.

Our services

We help businesses set up and use the WhatsApp Business API, including a shared inbox, broadcast messages and chatbots. Access to WhatsApp is provided by Meta, and we do not control Meta's platform, pricing or decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and documents.
• Send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and honour opt-out requests.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.
• Do not send spam, illegal, misleading, harassing or prohibited content.

Meta approvals and account status

Business verification, display names, message templates and number quality are decided by Meta. We cannot guarantee approval, message delivery or that an account will not be restricted. Message charges set by Meta are separate from our fees.

Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed with you in writing before the service starts. Services may be paused if payments are overdue.

Suspension

We may suspend or end a service if these terms or Meta's policies are broken, or if required by law.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by Meta, network or hosting outages outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location of our registered office.
